  • Fantastic App, Still With A Few Flaws...

    By Halfmagic3 (Pcmac user)

I can't even begin to explain how much I love this app! There are a few trolls (or really unhappy people out to make other people's lives even more miserable), but you can block them. Still worth it in my eyes. Love the anonymity of it all. I am actually enjoying it more ham FB these days! However, I have had some consistent glitches still and they have never been worked out for over 6 months since starting the app. Sometimes during the middle of an entry and while typing, the text disappears. I also can't edit after the fact. I mean I can, but the text disappears as soon as I put my finger down to start editing. I always have my apps up to date, my phone software up to date and I even tried reinstalling the app. Nothing worked. I have a brand new iPhone 7 Plus that isn't even 2 months old, so I doubt there are problems with the devise. I have written in to technical support a few times and I have never received a response. Please update these glitches! It is driving me nuts. I saw a few other suggestions in the reviews, that were actually pretty good suggestions! The one I most agreed with was age groups. There do seem to be a LOT of young kids on this app and as an adult I would rather have small conversations/updated feeds with those closer to my age. It brings about age specific issues/more common ground; unfortunately I can't relate all that well to someone in 6th grade.
  • Emotionally and mentally pleasing

It's the perfect way to express your thoughts and emotions freely. Instead of having to turn to a friend, family, or even social media every time you want to simply vent. The best part is that it's completely anonymous and saves all your posts in time line form of date and time. It even has a chart that visually shows you your mood ranges throughout the time you use it. Your post are public along with others so you do have this feeling of sharing or speaking to others instead of just yourself. They can give a word of advice if they feel they need to and you can do the same with theirs. Everyone is stripped of physical identity and legal name. It is completely based on content and emotional tracking history. This may just be my new favorite app. It's definitely therapeutic and just what I really needed for my mental and emotional health. Now I don't have to keep millions of thoughts balled up inside of me. It's also pretty cool how all users can comfort one another without getting too personally involved either! Best app ever.
  • The only mood tracking app that I have stuck with

    By impulsivepassion (Pcmac user)

Looking for a mood tracking app? This is legit the one. My therapist has tried to sell me on every app and desperately tried to get me to track my mood for years. All of them were a waste of time and I never stuck with it. This one legit is the only one I found interesting and fun to keep up with. It charts your mood so you literally on a chart can watch your mood cycles spiking up or down. You have the option to write a description about why your mood is the way it is at the time. What made me love THIS app is the fact that it’s ALL ANONYMOUS and everyone’s mood descriptions are posted on the “everyone” board, so you have the ability to anonymously comment on someone else’s mood they posted and be social with others, and others have the ability to comment on your mood. I love the interaction factor of this app. It makes you feel not so alone in your own head. This app is 100% the one to download if you’re looking for a legit mood tracking app that you’ll stick with!
  • Self Awareness Yields Change

    By Def Alexi (Pcmac user)

The custom nature of mood tracking, with the graph and colors, is helpful for seeing patterns in moods and deciphering objective mood changes versus other kinds. It makes self reflection a little more objective. Also seeing other people’s moods (1) helps decrease focus on myself (which can be excessive in extreme moods like depression or mania),(2) increases gratefulness when seeing other people doing worse and (3) reminds me constantly that I’m not alone in the feelings I experience and there’s support and people that can relate. I really like it. Not 5 stars because while the technical design is well-designed and clearly thoughtful, the aesthetic design is a little weak. And even if that’s to remove extra stimulation for an audience that may be overly stimulated or stimulus-sensitive - I think there’s a way to still accomplish that with a better aesthetic experience. It’s not a necessity but desirable. Overall the app is exceptional though because I don’t even do reviews usually, and this app - affecting people in such a vulnerable area - demanded one.
