Install FlashAlert Messenger app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

Register your account online and log in on the app

I would have rated 0 stars if I could. The registration process for this app is horrible! If you try to register a new account on the app, then you get in an impossible situation where you get brought back to the start screen, but no mention as to why you were not able to correctly register. I discovered, you can avoid this by going online to their website to register. Then, log in on the app. The whole app is not graphically pleasing and looks circa 1999. Sad that an emergency app is so poorly created both in its registration process and its visual appeal.

No Notifications

We have been using FA for several years with reasonable success. Unfortunately, after switching to a new IPhone, I no longer get push notifications. The new one is a 5s. I've tried deleting and reregistering, and the site shows my phone. I've emailed with their tech support, and after checking all the settings, the answer given to me was that another app or program must be interfering. Okay...no fix? Apparently not. Not even a suggestion as to what might be interfering, since all the apps I have were on my old phone, except for the ones Apple added to the 5s and most recent updates. Does FA just not work with Apple anymore? Frustrating!! Especially the non response in the end.

Thanks for taking away the texting option that has always been available before. Because of that my kindergarten niece stood outside in well below freezing temps for a long time because people don’t take the time to check their emails before school. So unless you’re awake at 4:30 when the call is made, there’s a really good chance you’ll miss the the app. Not cool!

This app does not work

School recommended and trying to get it on your phone is horrible. Waiting 10 minutes and still no test email. Would not recommend this app. If it were an actual emergency I would not know. Glad my kid has a cell phone so I can get a notification much faster.
