Initially, I was under the impression that this app is going to be a great help for me, but all I got was just a headache. Some of the items were out of stock and they don’t even offer any alternatives, but what’s more concerning is their DELIVERY! I placed the order online on March 3, I set it to be delivered on March 4 between 15:30 to 19:30, they have all day to call me back and maybe prepare those items I ordered online, what’s frustrating is, I have to go somewhere on that day, I tried to asked them if I can re-reschedule the delivery on the following day (in the morning) but they insisted that they can’t do it, they guaranteed that it’s going to be delivered, so I had to cancel all my appointments on that day because no one can receive those items when they arrive, I waited and since it’s almost 20:00, no one came so I had to call them back, they promised that it’s going to be delivered at 09:00am the following day, it’s already 10:00am but nothing, I had to call again, a guy on the phone promised to give me an update within an hour, nothing was received, so I had to call them again, can you imagine how much effort I have exerted on this stupid online shopping you guys have? No apologies or any compensation at all! Thai staff are not into customer service, they don’t know what this is, I guess! It was my very first time to order from this non-sense app and certainly be the last! Please, if you can stay away from this app, better use other apps like HappyFresh, HonestBee or whatever. Such a DISASTER app!!!
