Horrible app

I called a taxi and when it was time to pay it was taking very long, so I just paid it in cash. Then when it was time to go home I went on the app to get another taxi, it does not let me because I “never” payed the last taxi. When I got home I called customer service, without exaggerating, 6 times. 5 of them they hung up when I asked if they spoke english, and 1 of the calls they called me a taxi I did not even ask for. The customer service was atrocious and very unprofessional. After calling back several times more, the agent refused to let me speak to her manager and blatantly screamed and then hung up..... again.

Horrible app. They stole our money in Rome. The driver MARIO F. #2328 Diamante38 claimed we were unable to pay by the app so we paid by card. The app then charged us anyways! They take roads to make it more expensive. The timer started before I even go into the car. I won’t go go back to Rome if I have to use the taxi service out there.
Don’t use in Florence

Florence is the worst city for taxis. Used the app and even tried to go to taxi stand. Called the app company and they told me “really busy on fridays call again later” and hung up. Ended up walking for an hour before the app worked and We’re charged over €20 through the app for a 10 min drive. What a scam.
