Install TestCard App app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using TestCard App on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "TestCard App"
The search will reveal the TestCard App app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once TestCard App is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including TestCard App.
Now enjoy TestCard App on PC.

Great idea, but missing important data. Please give me the option to take off your advertisement! I paid for the app.
Good idea BUT...

The idea is great, however the Test card is missing to show important visual data. Here are some ideas for the developer 1) Frequency spectrum (To detect unwanted video filters) 2) Supper Blacks and Supper White values (i.e. in 1 % scale) 3) Gamma paterns 4) D50 / D65 white points 5) Horizontal and Vertical Resolution guides 6) Overscan and Underscan markers 7) A block passing throught the screen to measure cadence and audio synchronization. 8) a E partern to measure 20/20 visual acuity 9) The avility to write your own message and other stuff like time code and video resolution.
