Game Features and Description

1. A: Warlords Classic saves the current game automatically on start and end of turn, before and after the battle, on ruin search etc… So, you cannot use “save-load magic”.

2. Warlords Classic is an official port of the fabulous game you have been playing in your childhood on PC, Mac or Amiga computers.

3. But victory is never easy - it can only be achieved by building massive armies, training and equipping mighty heroes, befriending legendary allies, and exploring the deep dark secrets hidden within Illuria's ruins.

4. A: Since Warlords Classic is a Warlords 1 port and quests featurs was introduced in Warlords II, they are not implemented in our version.

5. Join the war to conquer Illuria in this classic war lords fantasy strategy game.

6. We strongly recommend you to read it through carefully to refresh your memories and know about a few differences between this version and original game.

7. Choose any combination of up to eight humans and AI players to be battled for control on the map.

8. The mission is simple – you should eliminate the other sides by capturing their cities.

9. Detailed User Manual is included.

10. This is what we call “fair play”.

I spent way too many hours on this game and I would highly recommend it there is a button that lets you buy heroes which is a little annoying but it is not forced on you or anything, it’s just a button in the corner kind of a weird thing to gripe about but it’s really the only annoyance I had and thinking about it, I guess I don’t really have good reason to either since it is just for people who want to and it isn’t really encouraged at all Anyway the game is great I highly recommend it

I like the simplicity of this game, and the fun aspects, stories and control you have, making completely custom battles. I would like to see more unit variety, but more skins more importantly, maybe custom or new maps. But so far I love it! Randomly generated maps also sound cool, maybe with custom texture packs. Either way, I’ve put maybe 30 hours into This game, it’s worth the small amount for a lot of fun while you’re on your phone!

Bought it, played it a gazillion hours and now I sit with fingers crossed praying that they also release Darklords Rising for iOS. Totally worth the $$. And there are some in app purchases available but they're clever & unintrusive . Advice: Swipe left to delete saved games. Always capture a city with your hero before exploring ruins. Some of them are tuff and if you lose your hero THAT early on you're sunk.
Good but buggy

I grew up playing the original and this is not a 1:1 port because it has flaws that the original does not (I fired up my Performa to check even): 1. Fog-of-War mode should be blacked out EXCEPT for the areas of the map already revealed. Instead it is entirely blacked out all the time. 2. The “Move all” function in the original first checks to ensure that troops set to move aren’t stopped by having other troops move atop them, i.e. it ensures that all troops successfully complete their planned moves (the same goes for conflicts due to troop’s sizes blocking each other’s paths).
