Install Deck Pass Plus app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Deck Pass Plus on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Deck Pass Plus"
- The search will reveal the Deck Pass Plus app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Deck Pass Plus is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Deck Pass Plus.
- Now enjoy Deck Pass Plus on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Deck Pass Plus,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Deck Pass Plus" » then Click "Install".
- Deck Pass Plus will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Awful update

I’m so disappointed with this app after this useless update. I used the goals feature to keep track of my swimmers goals for the next time standard or championship cut. It was so easy to use and automatically updated after each meet. All the goals that I had set up are gone after the update, and the process to set them up again seems ridiculously complicated after the update to the point that I won’t even bother. And to release this update right at the end of short course season when swimmers everywhere are trying to make those last championship cuts is horrible. I’ve been lost at my kids last chance qualifying meet this weekend because all my info that I kept in this app is gone! Please go back to the old version.

What a horrible “update”

I find it hard to believe that this app went through any testing by end users. It’s been completely destroyed.
Clearly, the goal was to provide a similar platform to the web the app pass experience. The problem is that the interface was not at all designed for small mobile devices such as, oh I don’t know, the iPhone.
Times are now excruciatingly painful to view. Endless scrolling side to side in a window that’s relatively tiny because of wasted real estate on the screen. Font is too big as well, compounding the problem.
To make matters even worse, some basic functionality has been removed. For example, you used to be able to choose a stroke and see all of a swimmer’s times (or best times) for that stroke - eg, I could select Butterfly and see the best time for all butterfly events on a single screen. No longer possible! One now seems to have to select each event....one at a time... What a waste of time.
Basically, this app - which used to be easy to use and straightforward - is now an absolute mess on mobile devices of common size. Total disappointment.

From ‘most used’ to ‘useless’

Awful update. I used the ‘Goals’ feature constantly to quickly access my swimmer’s best time in any given stroke and required drop time for the goals/cuts entered. It was one click away when opening the app and all strokes/goals were visible one one page, with minimal scrolling. It automatically updated after new times were achieved and/or goals met.
Now it takes several clicks to even get to the Goals page and each stroke must be selected individually. The data is so small, it’s virtually unreadable. No longer worth the effort of opening.
The only reason I won’t be deleting the app is to check back for updates that bring back previous usability.

Worst “update” ever

With the most recent “update,” this app is now just a link to the USA Swimming website, which is itself horribly user unfriendly and completely unintuitive in design. As a coach, I used the app to quickly access the important info that is multiple clicks/logins away on the website, but that is gone now. I can’t even screenshot my membership info anymore to show at meets because you have to scroll to see everything (and the concussion training requirement is still not included in the smaller printable card, for reasons known only to God and USA Swimming. I’m deleting the app and will no longer recommend it to my swimmers and their families.
