Install Devialet Expert Remote app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

- Using Devialet Expert Remote on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Devialet Expert Remote"
- The search will reveal the Devialet Expert Remote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Devialet Expert Remote is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Devialet Expert Remote.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Devialet Expert Remote,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Devialet Expert Remote" » then Click "Install".
- Devialet Expert Remote will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:
- The remote feature is great and convenient
- The app allows for full control of the Devialet amplifier, even without seeing the physical unit
- The source selection is excellent
- The app has a nice look and user interface
- The latest firmware fixed the issue with the app reading signals from iOS
☹ Cons:
- After a couple of iOS updates, the app became useless except for turning on and off
- The app does not allow for tone control on the D-Premier
- The connection is spotty and the app often has no ability to control the volume.

Pretty but unreliable

It works seamlessly with zero setup. Just open the app and you have control of your the app. The source selection is excellent. The aesthetics and action of the app are beautiful and slick just like the physical unit and remote.
Now I can hardly wait for tone controls to be added (fingers crossed).
Update: the connection is spotty at best and the app, more often than not, has no ability to control the volume. No update on the app in nine months at this point.

Doesn’t work and looks like no development

The remote was great while working. As I don’t have to check the volume level as the remote had it. After couple of iOS updates the app is useless just can us for turn on and off.
Update the review to 5 Star.
The latest firmware which came out on June 10,2018 did fix the issue with the expert pro reading the signals from the iOS app.
It’s awesome that the firmware fixed it. Hope it doesn’t break with the newer updates.

Useful app, nice look and user interface. If it allowed one to operate the tone controls on the D-Premier it would be a five star app!

A great App for Devialet users

This App is really great as I use my the app that way that I do not see the amplifier screen. This way I can fully control it, using the same iPad as I use to remote the iTunes as well.
Works perfectly, for every the app user highly recommended!
