KEEPS FREEZING UP!!!

Love this game but freezes up almost every day. Have to delete and reinstall then start over and lose all progress. Also takes too many snowflakes to buy attendants and other stuff. At this rate snowflakes don't last for amount you have to spend. UPDATE: PLEASE FIX Has now been frozen for several days. Sometimes I get far enough for window to come up asking which game I want as far as level I previously had. When asks to confirm choice it won't do anything but goes back to being frozen for days. Not fun anymore. Will not recommend to anyone. No use. They wouldn't be able to play much of the time.

Why can't you update this game so it doesn't keep crashing? I have to delete and reinstall it every day. Doesn't want to come back up after I shut it down. I lose all my progress. Won't buy snow flakes because I would lose them. Please make this playable again. Thank you

This game is too costly to keep playing, and it is too confusing. There is no tutorial that tells us what all the characters floating above different buildings mean, and how to get rid of them. Updating the buildings is almost impossible. I have been playing for weeks and almost half of my buildings are not finished. I cannot afford to keep buying snowflakes! So, I probably will delete this game soon!

Love the game but wish it wasn't so hard to complete buildings. On level 26 and still have about 15+ buildings to complete. Especially the cleaner seems impossible to get. Help! Thank you for all your hard work.
