Install Picture Frame app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Picture Frame on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Picture Frame"
The search will reveal the Picture Frame app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Picture Frame is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Picture Frame.
Now enjoy Picture Frame on PC.

This app is very minimal, and seems lke a start of a program. You can drag images into various frams, but you cant resize them! There are no options, no help of directions. Just drag images into the frame and if you like it the default, its great! If you want to zoom in of out, doesnt work.
