Install Folder Factory app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Folder Factory"
The search will reveal the Folder Factory app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Folder Factory is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Folder Factory.

A good folder icon customizer

I've used this app for years. It comes in handing when you want to put a picture or some text on a the app, or if you want to re-color a the app. I recommend it. It works well with nearly any version of Mac OS.
I don’t understand the bad reviews

This app is still working for me on High Sierra—including the “drag and drop picture” function. It’s a nifty little app for customizing your folders.
Add picture function doesn’t work

Buyer Beware: Simple, seemingly easy-to-use interface, only I cannot drag and drop an image into the window. It simply won’t add it, no explanation given. I’ve tried jpg, png, and tif files, no change. Since I got this app specifically to add images to folders, this was a waste of money.
Waste of money

I’ve bought it to customize the the app with pictures, what a waste of money!!!! The "Drag and drop picture” option is soooooo not working! You only can change the color of the folders and that is it!!!!!! Horrible!!!
