  • Not a keyboard magazine anymore.... :(

    By nEiLtAnk (Pcmac user)

I have been a subscriber to the app on and off for 15 years. I have always loved it. Great articles about the guys out there working, their rigs, and a “backstage pass” of sorts to the reader. There were and still are the app reviews, lessons, and all round the app “stuff”. Now, it has turned into being more about honesty everything BUT keyboards and the app players. There are so many MORE articles about drums, guitars, and production than the app centered content. Also, the articles about Keys players, are usually about THE SAME players the marquee guys in the prog and jazz world. I also, used to subscribe to Electronic Musician, and it my have changed since I stopped my subscription, but all they are doing to this app is just changing the cover. It’s THE SAME MAGAZINE with a couple more keys focused articles sprinkled in there. That is why we see so my articles that have nothing to do with keyboards or the app players. Look, I get it I’m sure that there are good reasons why the magazine had to make this shift, but unfortunately there is nowhere for the app players to go to find the app content anymore. the app PLEASE become a “this app” again.
  • Superb customer support...still a clunky app...promised update

    By Nitpick Pete (Pcmac user)

Had some issues with crashes at start up with the first download. Deleted app and reloaded with some advice from dedicated I.T. person. Now it works but still have to delete, reload, and restore purchase in order to download the next issue. I have been assured there is an update in process, though. 'Hope it is soon.
  • Horrible

    By Stevarino88 (Pcmac user)

Stay away from the upgrade on this app. I upgraded and immediately lost all of my downloaded magazines. They no longer have me on record as a subscriber. I’ve been an “All Access” subscriber for years and have had nothing but trouble. Now I don’t even exist. Where do they get a 3.9 average rating? Out of 29 reviews, 26 of them are 1.0 ratings and that is only because there is not a lower score available!
  • Back issues missing

    By Guitar Fellow (Pcmac user)

Since the app update a few days ago, the back issues of the magazine before March of this year seem to be missing or unavailable. What is going on?
