2. Network Inspector display the current network traffic, including the amount and rate of the receive and send data.

Install Network Inspector app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Network Inspector on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Network Inspector"
The search will reveal the Network Inspector app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Network Inspector is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Network Inspector.
Now enjoy Network Inspector on PC.

It's good to know the speed of internet.
Not bad, needs work

I like this app for the most part, but there are some things that need to be fixed. It needs to remember what setting you left it on (macro, full or mini) and it needs to remember where you put it on you screen. I use dual screens, and like to have the mini module on my right hand screen so I can see activity. Every time you reboot, you have to setup the app the way you want it each time. Plus, the Full mode widget is too big and should be resizeable. Not bad for free, though.
I have one complaint

Every time I launch the app the widow always is in the middle of the screen regardless of where it was the last time it was open. Otherwise it works as advertized.
Cool little App

I like this App, yet it will be great if the autor can add the ability to measure in Kbps (Kilo Bits Per Second). Also it will be nice to record the Max Peak.
