Once Pic-Frames Lite is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pic-Frames Lite.

Managed to accidentally click on ads three times in the first minute. Then saw the tiny selection of free frames, and wasn't really inspired to pay a dollar for any of the paid ones. Decent idea, poor implementation.
