  • Good, but you cannot manipulate the images like Essential Anatomy

    By chrispebble (Pcmac user)

A nice program, but it's missing everything I loved about Essential Anatomy (which was the reason I bought this). In that program, you can smoothly rotate and zoom, add or subtract layers, and click on objects to find out what they are. This program forces you to look at pre-choosen views, to click on "pins" if you want to know what something is named. You can't really zoom (you just chose in or out, but zooming let you see any additional detail). The videos are nice, but not extensive, and you can't pause or rewind - you just have to watch the entire video over and over if you are missing something. I would love to see this program redone using the same freedom of 3d manipulation as in Essential Anatomy. Until then, it's only slightly more interesting than a pre-printed book on the anatomy of the the app.
