Using BES12 Client on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BES12 Client"
The search will reveal the BES12 Client app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once BES12 Client is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BES12 Client.
Now enjoy BES12 Client on PC.

Stop the negative reviews! This isn't BlackBerry Messenger!

It seems there are a ton of people who can't read properly and are complaining about an app which they shouldn't have ever downloaded in the first place. This is NOT BlackBerry Messenger. This is an app for IT administrators who manage corporate BlackBerry Servers.

Works fine when open, although I'd like it better if unread messages were boosted for easier identification. Skinny blue bar to far left of unread messages is not very visible. Biggest complaint is that it doesn't run in background or provide alerts for new email unless the screen is open. As soon as I move to another app it stops syncing requiring it to reconnect and sync every time I open the app. Would prefer it always run in the background and provide an alert as messages come through.
Make it a universal app!

It works well enough and we're happy with it so far, but for crying out loud BlackBerry, make it so that the app appears in the store for iPads too without having to click into the iPhone Apps section just to find it. It's confusing for the users, and unnecessary. Heck, it even confused me at first. And after several versions, that hasn't changed.
It's Not What I Expected

I don't review apps all that much but I had too since this is a huge disappointment. It seems that in order to use this you need to already own a blackberry which defeats the purpose of even needing to download this app. When you install the app it's going to ask you to enter the server information from your workplace admin. If you don't have that info or don't own a blackberry them this app is useless. Don't download it if you don't have a BB or use RIM's enterprise services. This is not an app for the casual user.
