What is HuePaint? HuePaint is an app that allows users to paint with oil on canvas and create beautiful works of art using its colorful painting tools and workflow-friendly user interface. The app features live-calculated brushes and strokes that interact in real time with the uniquely generated, non-repeating canvas texture. It also allows users to change stroke size by applying more or less of their fingertip when painting. The app supports Apple Pencil and Apple Pencil 2, and allows users to assign a second painting tool, such as Smudge, to the finger. The app also features an easy and quick to use color palette, full screen painting, zooming, panning, rotating, seamless pattern editing mode, and multiple layers.

Software Features and Description

1. Paint with oil on canvas and create beautiful works of art using this app’s colorful painting tools and workflow-friendly user interface.

2. HuePaint features live-calculated brushes and strokes that interact in real time with the uniquely generated, non-repeating canvas texture.

3. Use any buttons or controls to change/adjust color, size, force, simultaneously while painting.

4. In addition, you can assign a second painting tool, such as Smudge, to the finger.

5. This unique feature lets you paint on the picture laid out as tiles next to each other.

6. Applying more or less of your fingertip when painting will change the stroke size accordingly.

7. You can swipe the toolbar toward the screen edge to remove it.

8. You can also swipe the toolbar over to the other side, to get it out of the way.

9. You can pinch to zoom, drag with two fingers to pan, or rotate the picture.

10. The engine is based on Metal, with 128-bit color and floating-point arithmetic.

11. The results can be used as website or desktop backgrounds, in print, or for textures in 3d modelling.

Download and install the HuePaint app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using HuePaint on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "HuePaint"
The search will reveal the HuePaint app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once HuePaint is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including HuePaint.

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing HuePaint:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.

I upgraded, not because I understand what I’m getting by upgrading, but in appreciation for an app that accepted outside coloring pictures as their own, and made my whole first experience so easy and so much fun, and even enabled me to share my colored page anywhere I wanted right after. For all that, they deserve to be paid.

And I still do, though it's taken me a while to get used to the new update. I've used Hue for several years and in all that time I am still in love with it. The colors alone are enough to inspire loyal use, the there are so many other good reasons, the main for me, though, is always the colors. Thank you from Jamie

Love the color.... Do not like the fact that I cannot rotate my work, eyedropper is there but it should be easy like.... press on desired color until eyedropper icon shows up. More control over brush size.
