Its a lot like minesweeper the the app in bold tells you how many boxes are touching it and the the app in brackets tells u the sum of the surrounding boxes. For example if the bold the app says "1" then there's one box touching it and the the app in brackets says "(5)" then in that one box it must be a "5". I really hope these instructions help you I had lots of fun playing this game I hope u do to. :)

5 stars on a couple of reviews...really? The instructions are so poor that I have yet to figure out how to play this. Perhaps if some one would like to write better instructions in one of these reviews then I could actually play this game and give it a better review. It is not intuitive.
