What is Hungry Squid? HungrySquid is a puzzle game about squids in space trying to find exits from a hexagon maze. The game features an engaging story mode, innovative gameplay, and amazing graphics and music. It has 90 levels in 6 chapters and is available as a universal app.

1. HungrySquid is a game about squids (duh!) in space, trying to find as many exits from a hexagon maze as possible.

2. It's a story (we also have a free iBook) of intergalactic squid solving space puzzles to get a very prestigious job - the keeper of long forgotten stars and planets.

3. As one of six squids - each with it's own personality and goals - you will travel through space, time and mind bending puzzles, all to the tune of ambient space music.

4. The game features an innovative gameplay mechanism, that isn't a clone of any puzzle game before it.

5. We have put our hearts, a lot of time and a lot of effort into this game.

6. HungrySquid has been downloaded hundreds of thousands of times so far.

7. Rotate the circles and then tap on the squid to see how the ink flows through each of the stones.

8. Then align them to have as many exits as possible.

I have to admit, I just LOVE the theme of this app!! Perfectly fine. There is calming zen music, and the graphics and story are good! It's just (sometimes) glitchy! When you are trying to figure out a puzzle, it won't let you rotate blocks to complete the puzzle! Although this app is calming and impressive, the glitches DEFINITELY need to be fixed!
UX needs an upgrade. Very unintuitive.

The gameplay is ingenious and relaxing. The App Store is filled with stupid running games and such but this right here is what I call a good and a unique game. You should definitely download it. It's worth it. Oh, and, I'm not taking a star off because it is not optimized for iPhone 5 because it works really well nonetheless.
