I downloaded this as an alternate to ordering by phone, since I don't have a Mexican number. The system does not have any functionality to contact you when there are questions about your order other than by phone. There is an option to decline a confirmation call, but my order has still been delayed or canceled several times now, most recently because their system was unable to process PayPal. (They told me my payment had been declined but that my refund would take 3 days to process. Figure that one out!) Meanwhile they made no attempt to reinstate my order with alternate payment so I'm stuck at home with no groceries. Guess I'll be walking to the store - not a problem, but that's why I'd value this delivery app at 2 stars.
