Only Help in Recovering Files from Storage Devices

I’ve purchased kinds of the same function software like this one but still cannot recover the local drive’s files. And then I contact the customer service of this company, after this I learn that because of the rules of Apple Inc all the recovery software on App store cannot recover the local drive’s files. The customer service is patient and helps me to solve my problems via 7 emails so I come here and wanna say thanks to him (maybe her). And I also give tips for you: If you want to recover the local drive’s files you’d better go to their official website to get the full version. The version which you can get here only helps in recovering lost files from storage devices.

I recently moved to LA, and as I was unpacking and setting up my things, I went to turn on my external hard drive and... whirrrrrr... whirrrrr.... it wouldn't mount. I had photos, music, and some really important files I use for work on that drive, and -- stupidly -- no backup. After a couple hours of freaking out, and a few more hours of attempting the few feeble diagnostics I knew of (with no luck), I turned to the internet and found this software. After I installed it on my mackook air, it saw my external hard drive and got all the data back by the end of that day. You can't imagine how happy I was.
Complete scam — Company not responsive

Just purchased this product to recover data from external drive. Product requires you to select from list of recognized drives, before it can perform a scan. App doesnt recognize any of my external or local drives. No flash thumb drives, no external USB hard drives, not even my network drive or timecapsule. I have emailed this company repeatedly. Each time i get a boiler plate response saying they will respond timely. But, i get zero response. I paid $60 for a product that does not work as advertised. Contacting my credit card company to cease payment..
Does not work with Maverick

There is a note somewhere about download the software direcly from their site for maverick functionality. I paid for this software, deleted it, and tried to install from the developer website. No go. Steve in support suggested I launch the software with the command line. When I asked how to do that he responded he could not help me. After much tinkering around, I have concluded the software does not work with my system and I am requesting a refund.
