What is Pronet Mobil Panik Butonu?
The "Panik Butonu" app allows you to press a panic button in case of an emergency with just one touch. Even if you are not a Pronet user, you can use the Panic Button app with a monthly or yearly subscription to request help from your loved ones and our Pronet Alarm Monitoring Center with just one touch. So, how does our app work?
1. "Panik Butonu" uygulamasıyla, acil durumda panik butonuna tek bir dokunuşunuz yeter! Pronet kullanıcısı olmasanız bile aylık veya yıllık abonelik ile Panik Butonu uygulamasını kullanarak tek dokunuşunuzla yakınlarınızdan ve Pronet Alarm Haber Alma Merkezi’mizden yardım isteyebilirsiniz.
2. Üstelik artık ‘Aile Paketi’ hizmeti ile tüm aileniz acil durumda tek dokunuşla güvende olur! Aylık 59,90 TL olan aile paketinden faydalanıldığı durumda 3 yakınınız Panik Butonu hizmetinden sizin gibi yararlanabilir, istediği kadar acil durum kişi listesi oluşturabilir, acil durumda canlı lokasyonlarını yakınları ve Pronet ile paylaşabilirler.
3. Pronet abonesi olmayan kullanıcılar, Panik Butonu Uygulaması ve Alarm Haber Alma Merkezi desteğinden aylık veya yıllık abonelik seçenekleri ile faydalanabilirler.
4. Ø Pronet Alarm Haber Alma Merkezi ortalama 10 saniye içinde sizi arar, size ulaşamazsa acil durum kişi listenizdeki yakınlarınızı sırayla arar.
5. Pronet aboneleri için Panik Butonu Uygulaması ve Alarm Haber Alma Merkezi desteği paketine dahil olarak verilmektedir.
6. Ø Panik butonuna basılı tuttuğunuz sürece Pronet Alarm Haber Alma Merkezi’miz canlı lokasyon takibini sürdürür.
7. Ø Panik butonuna bastığınız anda, uygulama içindeki acil durum kişi listesine eklediğiniz yakınlarınıza, SMS ile acil durum bilgisi ve lokasyonunuz gönderilir.
8. Ø Pronet, acil durumu teyit ederek ihtiyaca göre sizi ambulans, polis veya itfaiyeye yönlendirir.
9. Ø Uygulama içerisinde bulunan deprem butonu, internet ya da GPRS’in çekmediği durumlarda bile telefonunuzdan düdük sesi çıkartır, flaşın yanıp sönmesini sağlar.
10. Uygulama kullanan yakınlarınız konumuzu canlı olarak haritadan takip edebilirler.
11. Aylık abonelik 24,90 TL, yıllık abonelik 249,90 TL olarak ücretlendirilmiştir.

- With just one touch of the panic button, emergency information and your location are sent via SMS to your loved ones added to the emergency contact list within the app. Your loved ones who use the app can track your location live on the map.
- The Pronet Alarm Monitoring Center will call you within an average of 10 seconds. If they cannot reach you, they will call your emergency contact list one by one.
- Pronet confirms the emergency and directs you to an ambulance, police, or fire department as needed.
- As long as you hold down the panic button, our Pronet Alarm Monitoring Center will continue to track your live location.
- The earthquake button within the app produces a whistle sound and flashes the flashlight on your phone, even if there is no internet or GPRS connection.
- The Panic Button app and Alarm Monitoring Center support package is included for Pronet subscribers. Non-Pronet users can benefit from the Panic Button app and Alarm Monitoring Center support with monthly or yearly subscription options. Monthly subscription is priced at 24.90 TL, and yearly subscription is priced at 249.90 TL.
- With the "Family Package" service, your entire family can be safe with just one touch in case of an emergency! When the monthly 59.90 TL family package is used, three of your loved ones can benefit from the Panic Button service like you, create as many emergency contact lists as they want, and share their live locations with their loved ones and Pronet in case of an emergency.
- With the Pronet Panic Button app, you can always feel safe whether you are outside or at home, and you can always be at ease.
