App crashes when trying to log in

When trying to login using your Ticketmaster ID the app attempt to login and then will crash making managing or accessing your ticket worthless

Tms were very smart to publish this app. It has huge potential. They could improve the map to show where the different vendors / pavillions are on the midway with push updates when something is happening at their location (autograph sessions, drawings, etc.). Charge those sponsors for those push notifications, they'll pay. Also would be nice to be able to mark locations on campground map and make them public so others can find your spot, etc.

This app will not open. I guess I’ll go in blind.

The app will not adjust to screen when turning the I pad on its side. The seating map is poor quality and not interactive when trying to locate an exact seat.
