If you want to install and use the Poshmark app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Poshmark for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Andriod emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Poshmark for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Poshmark in the search bar and press Search. Click on Poshmark application icon. A window of Poshmark on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Andriod device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Poshmark icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: Poshmark for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use Poshmark for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. You can get here .

Thank you for reading this tutorial. Have a nice day!

App Reviews

  • Not What It Should Be

i tried purchasing 2 items from poshmark. (1) a floral gucci white tee that, upon delievry, was clearly a fake. i sent my case photos to poshmark and they sent me back a shipping label to return the shirt. it’s been 2 weeks and the seller has dodged the package delivery and poshmark refuses to respond to my emails requesting a refund. (2) i attempted to purchase, not bid on, but purchase an off-white belt. the seller contacted me with her number saying she had a question about the amount i paid. i answered her questions and never heard back from her and the belt was never shipped after almost 3 weeks after the purchase so i had to cancel the order.

I am having a lot of fun using this app. It really is easy and fun and a bit addicting. I wish Poshmark would waive a persons first bad review. I started the app in 2017, listed a few items and forgot about it, actually sold something and didn’t realize it and now I have a bad mark on my account. It takes newbies a few months to learn, make minor mistakes and then excel. Oh well, it still is a great app.
  • Ok selling platform

I like how easy it is to sell through poshmark. I have sold a lot of unworn and gently used clothes with this app and has greatly reduced my clutter. Not to mention the awesome designer deals you can find. HOWEVER Poshmark takes a huge cut of your sales and the shipping is ridiculously high that is actually a deterrent for some people and sales. Could use improvements.

Poshmark is truly like having every Department store/Retail Store and every bargain store right at your fingertips. No matter what I’m looking for I search and there it is! It’s amazing also to share the love with others by selling from your own closet and having extra money to use to stay in fashion!

No phone to call for help. A lady kept my shoes that was accidentally sent to her. I had proof she admitted having my item. I sent it to Poshmark. Nothing done. Theft they don’t care at all

I am 1xl to 2xl. I not a extremely large person but I have large bones.i hate to buy things that are too small or too tight. That is why my closet is listed. My items are new or fairly new.
  • Overpriced merchandise

People overprice the items they sale. If you get this app do your homework and look for the item elsewhere before you decide to purchase on there. Some items say New with tags but when you receive it you can tell there are signs of wear.
  • Increase in sales, but not business oriented

Poshmark was created with the intentions of it being a selling platform for individuals looking to clean out their closets and make a little cash off the clothes they no longer wear. Most of poshmark’s user base still are people cleaning out their own closets, but it has grown far and beyond that, as people like myself who sell full-time on eBay and Etsy have found it as another selling platform for our business. Poshmark needs to start treating it as it is now. Poshmark knows that this is big business, even selling tickets to its “poshfest” (bringing in even more money off of its sellers). These are no longer “closets” but stores. These are our online storefronts and we should have the option to treat them as such. Poshmark takes almost too active of a role in the seller buyer relationship. Mediating returns, which they will always side with the buyer. We pay an exorbitant fee per sale, we should have more control over our business for this fee. There is an “offer” button available to buyers, in which they mostly use to low ball sellers. Leaving sellers to price their items extremely high for used goods only in order to meet our preferred selling price after “negotiations” with buyers and also to leave room for their “mark downs” and shipping discounts, which buyers now expect. Items will take months to sell because any potential buyers are waiting for your prices to drop dramatically, leaving you with little profit. I can state in my listings that I’m not accepting offers on an item any longer because the price is as low as I will take, these items take a very long time to sell, so therefore I have to relist them again with a higher starting price. There MUST be an option for sellers to disable the offer button on individual listings. Poshmark, if you’re listening, you must give your sellers more control over their “closets”. Because they are not cutesy closets, they are storefronts, they are businesses.
  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I wish I could give zero reviews. I sold a jumpsuit to someone who complained about a cigarette smell and requested a credit for dry cleaning. Poshmark granted them $10 and they refused to accept because they wanted $15. 2 weeks went by and I never received payment. I emailed Poshmark continually to no avail. I will no longer sell on this platform. Also they take 20% of sales.
