xcrun: error: cannot be used within an App Sandbox.
  • Fast and highly extensible

    By whydoihavetospecifyanickname (Pcmac user)

this app is a great, highly extensible, and fast text editor. I use it mainly to edit R and LaTeX files. The developer and the this app mailing list provide nearly instant feedback on any problems that may arise. Previously I had tried BBEdit, TextWrangler, Fraise, and Tincta. I find this text editor be far superior for my needs (they were either too bloated, no longer in development and buggy, or didn't have the features I wanted). I highly recommend this editor.
  • Not working for Python on Yosemite

    By jazzaccord (Pcmac user)

I’ve used this app on a PC doing Python for years and it is awesome. I’m trying to move to Mac and saw this port. When I try to run Python from F5 (Tools, Go) I get the error: shell-init: error retrieving current directory: getcwd: cannot access parent directories: Operation not permitted. So some kind of a permissions error but not being a Mac guy I’m lost. There is no Mac specifc info with the app, and there is no way to contact the developer. This app was updated in April, so I expected it to support Yosemite?
  • Love it but needs some polishing touches

    By early cuyler (Pcmac user)

I’ve used this app on the windows platform for years, so it was a no-brainer. I do wish the "File -> Open Recentā€ feature would actually work though. It’s never done anything and I open _plenty_ of docs with this editor.
