I downloaded this app tonight trying to find my team’s game. There were nine audio streams. None of them worked. The app also crashed at least twice. Can I get my dollar back?

Outstanding App & Customer Report

Just like their the app football app, this one works beautifully. Better than the app, though, is the customer service. I follow a lot of mid-major hoops, and if a team is not listed, I click on the contact link. They not only respond very quickly, sometimes within minutes in the evening when games are on, but every time they have had the link up and running too. This is what customer service should be.
Now I can't live without this app!

Great App! Great Customer Service

I've been using this app for a couple of years now, and I have had zero issues or problems with the app until today. I love being able to listen to any game I want when I'm out and about. The issue I had today was that my team was not loading. I sent an email and it was fixed within 10 minutes. That kind of service is hard to come by these days!
