- Recent upgrade limits playback timeframe to only a 12 hour period

- Missing ability to use free ddns server

- Cameras become unchecked and freeze/speed up on playback

- No support for the app, difficult to troubleshoot issues

- App won't recognize user ID and won't let user reregister

I'm a professional installer who has setup a large number of systems. These systems require high bandwidth internet service and high quality computers and devices for viewing. For those that are having trouble with remote access you need to learn how to properly setup your network for remote access. With my high quality installation standards, I have had zero failures and very little maintenance. While these systems are close to plug and play they need to be setup to match available bandwidth. There are lots of so-called professionals out there that don't have a clue. Not recommended for do it yourself without proper support.

I have the same complaint as do many others - there is no support for this app. All of a sudden the app won’t recognize my userid & it won’t let me reregister. I am reluctant to delete it & start over, but that seems to be my only option. Since this is a 3rd party app, my installer doesn’t have the necessary knowledge to troubleshoot the problem. When I asked about using a different app, he said this one was the least buggy. When it was working, it did what I needed it to do. Now that it’s broken, I can’t get it fixed & apparently the developer doesn’t review feedback. If apple would ban all his products, maybe that would get his/her attention.

I think this app has potential but agree with most of the complaints. I have 5 locations and this is the first time my installers used this app. When I use it I have to keep checking my camera boxes because it unchecked them. The camera freeze and speed up on playback and my internet has great band width while this happens. It could be a 5 star system but they need to get in top of these issues especially with better choices out there

I have really enjoyed this app although a couple things changed in ways I hope my review may shed some light and you can change back. The most recent upgrade has made the playback timeframe to only a 12 hr period, prior too you were able to scroll throughout all the allotted captured video with no issues and now this is just a pain to view recoded video. It is still a great app overall but really missing the ability to use the free ddns server.
