Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Invoice ASAP"
The search will reveal the Invoice ASAP: Mobile Invoicing app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Invoice ASAP is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Invoice ASAP.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Invoice ASAP,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Invoice ASAP" » then Click "Install".
- Invoice ASAP: Mobile Invoicing will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Not optimized yet for iPhone X

It’s a great app just wish it was updated more often like at least monthly or weekly to get rid of bugs and issues. Last time was updated over 2 months ago. Other then that works great and no big issues just some minor ones.

Since adding their eCheck option not only have I had to ask all of my clients for new payment info, but I no longer receive notification when a payment is made. None of my clients will even use the eCheck option due to having to provide log in banking info. So I’m dealing with the headache of trying to collect card numbers from all clients again with absolutely no benefit. Would really like to at least be notified when a payment has been made through the the app. I used to love this app now I am very frustrated.

I like the app because it does what it’s supposed to do. I went from invoice2go to this app but I’ve been requesting to get a discount option and they tell me “oh we are working on it” that was 3 years ago and still nothing instead they tell me to do some mumbo jumbo in order for the discount to work. I can’t be doing this every time some customers want to see the discount I give them and how much it was. Also would it kill them to give us an option to choose the app templates? Come on guys give us more options to make our experience unique.

InvoiceASAP has helped my in store time by cutting down to 10 mins from 30 mins average for my distribution business. Also saved me a lot of money as it syncs all the invoices and payments to QuickBooks desktop version. There are some kinks in syncing but I found a good ay out of it and it works fine for my operation Truly a blessing and the the app printer from zebra is better than other and saves a lot of money on ink and toner.
