It crashes on iPad 3 and 4

The application was running through seamlessly on my iPad one however after I got a new iPad, the application crashes on every step of viewing of the magazine. The only way to restart the application is to completely re-install, Which would remove all the downloaded magazines. After redownload the magazines then must skip the page that was crashed and then can view additional pages of the magazine then it will crash again!!!!! We need to seek for magazine refund.

The magazine cannot be downloaded for 3 weeks and the iPad version magazines are just not up to date! Every time I see new magazines are available, it only prompts me to pay another $0.99 but I've already subscribed to a year! Contacting their support is totally a waste of time! Trust me, I've tried once already! Crappy app! Strongly recommend NOT to use this app and subscribe to their magazine on iPad! Crews, you gotta apologize to me and fix all your problems!
