Good App, Bad Support

I've played this app for years & enjoy the competition. But I've had two issues with Wagner support & they will not correct any mistakes made by their server. Players level up by playing and I was a Level 12. During a "server maintenance" my level was changed to level 7. I believe this was due to multiple accounts under the same "nickname". I contacted support & their response was "levels can't be changed". Well, I know mine was because I play almost daily. Otherwise fun game & nice players. Word of advice: do not log in using Facebook or real name. There are stalkers on all internet apps
Payouts/winning hands

This game is great except for one aspect. The way the game splits the post for multiple winning hands based off of how many chips you bet. Some times even giving money to someone with a loosing hand. Two examples, I had 4 chips left in a tournament, I split the pot because we had a 9 in our hand and on the board but my other card was a queen his a 2, even tho I should’ve been the sole winner I only got somewhere around 140 chips and he 1.3k because he had bet a majority of the chips. The other example is I win with 2 pair only 100 chips in the bank and get 400 chips but someone who has a lot of money still had 1 pair and still got 100+ worth of chips, the only correlation I can make is they have significantly more chips and you fewer. It kind of ruins the vibe of the game sometimes it’s a great game otherwise, almost always have some sort of hand so you are constantly engaged. Fix the pot issue and its one of the best on the store

Just is all previous one star reviews state this game Bends the odds in favor of those who pay. In a test of over 20 tables and multiple hands I observed the players who won the most. The most wins came from players of the lowest level with 20K+ Coins. These players would bet unreasonably hi amounts pre-flop and the table would turn in their favor. I didn't tested this theory by purchasing 20K worth of coins within my first three hands I have one with my highest hand yet a straight flush. This app is a monument to mediocrity and the posers pretending like Vegas card sharks. Do not waste time on this app or any other poker app for that matter they are all rigged to get you to spend more money. Calculating ev and equity is pointless when hundreds of kids with their parents credit cards are buying millions in coins so they can rid any competition with reckless abandon.
Good, but could be better

I have really enjoyed using this app. The free chips are always nice. And the app is easy to use. My biggest complaint is when two or more people go all in before the river, everyone at the table should be able to see all their hands while the cards play out, not just the winning hand. Or when you call someone on the river, a basic tenet of poker is you gotta "pay to see them", but if they lose, you don't get to see them. This would be a nice addition.
