Install Photo Blender app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Photo Blender on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Photo Blender"
The search will reveal the Photo Blender app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Photo Blender is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Photo Blender.

Great App … BUT

I love this app and it worked at first. Then it froze up and pictures could not be moved around. I have deleted the app and attempting to reload it to see if that might fix the problem. I hope so. I have sent emails with no response and that really bothers me, especially when you pay for the upgrade. The cost is not the point. If you can't fix something…don't sell it.
BUG still exists- canot make a blend if you cant move photos.

the bug isnt fixed on mine, if I get a the app I cannot move it, then I put another the app and it piles up on top - cant move that one either.???
doesn't work any longer

Worked great before but now you can't move anything around. I sent numerous emails and no response.
