  • Expensive With Missing Sounds in the Chart

    By OBRAVIM (Pcmac user)

Negative review about the app: 1)It seems some this app are missing in the chart like: short e sound ar sound or sound. The chart is very confusing because of missing this app in the chart If 'short e sound' is in there and then the notation of one of the sound is incorrect making another sound missing in the chart. 2) Once the app is paid for $5, pay $1 for every wordlists. There might 5 to 10 other wordlists bringing the app cost to $20. The business model of 'bring in the money' has completely outweighed the noble cause of app to teach and learn. 3) The chart takes long time to open. Positive review about the app: The app is well organized, way better than most when it comes to practice and quiz. Hardly seen anyone offering practice and quiz for pronunciation of this app. Conclusion: Personally , I wouldn't buy it if I knew the faults, unless the wordlists comes in a one time payment package with free update of app and wordlists.
  • Will not show correctly

    By Sa-shadow (Pcmac user)

I’m using a iPad Pro 10.5. First, the app will not display correctly. When I click on an area - like the chart - 3/4 of the chart is displayed but the other part is not. If I turn the iPad horizontally, I still only see 3/4 of the chart. This is the same for all areas of the app. In WordList, the American pronunciations work but when I try to use the British pronunciations, the app locks up. An extremely expensive app that does not work and I don’t know if I can return it or not. iPad Pro users, save your money.
  • Great Resources

Thank you for developing this app! I wish you would put your books in digital format. It would make my job as an EL teacher so much easier! Haha. But I love this app. It works perfectly on my iPad.
