My only suggestions are: 1: Cockpit view and being able to see car behind you 2: The School Buses could have actually amber and red 4-way warning lights along with the stop sign 3: Free Mode or Build your own level That’s all. Thanks.
  • Nice simulation!!

    By Akira_808 (Pcmac user)

I was pleasantly surprised by this game!! I finally can find out what it's really like to be behind the wheel of a the app. Very accurate rendering of the different types of buses you can drive. What makes this game realistic is the fact that you pick up and drop off passengers at numerous stops, while at the same time, obeying traffic laws, not getting into an accident, applying the brakes sparingly, and trying to stay on time. This is the reason I view this game more as a simulator. Sure, there's no cockpit view, which would make it even more realistic, so you can see how it looks from the driver's perspective. The graphics are awesome, as you can see details such as cracks in the pavement. This game runs smoothly on my mid-2010 White MacBook, with all the graphics options set to High and 2x antialiasing. The controls are what you'd expect: Sluggish and slow to accelerate. Remember that buses are much larger vehicles, thus they need more room in which to stop and they can only make wide turns. Keep these in mind when playing. When I first downloaded and installed this game on my Mac, I couldn't stop playing!! Unlike racing games, this game has a very high replay value, and one game I would play again and again. Kudos go to the designer and programmers responsible for bringing us Mac users a great game!! I highly recommend it!!
  • Interesting and fun game!

    By Rileyx2 (Pcmac user)

At first I was skeptical of this game. Driving any the app around didn't seem that fun to me, but I thought I give it a go. I am glad I did. I did not see a tutorial on controls before the first level which made this game quite difficult to play for the first few minutes. However, after finding out what keys did what, this game became much more user friendly. So far, in the hour or two I've had the game, it is pretty fun. Each level presents new challenges and these are fairly easy to complete, but don't expect to get a high score on the first level(s) you play. One addition to this game that would make it much better would be a walk through the basics of driving and scoring points or making the existing one (if it exists) easier to find. The only real downside to this game is that it uses lots of power. The first time I played, it took about four minutes for my MacBook Pro to heat up enough to need the cooling fans to be on full blast. I did not think much of it and continued to play. However, once I unplugged my MacBook, I realized how much power this game uses. It took about 50 minutes for my battery to reach 48% (with brightness, volume, backlights, etc. at or well below 50% on a battery with less than 80 cycles). So, I would suggest watching how long you play if you are running on battery as having your Mac go to sleep in the middle of a game is not an enjoyable experience. Overall, a great complement to other driving/racing games.
  • Fun Game

    By alzyg (Pcmac user)

This is a fun driving game and I would recommend it! I would give this five stars but because of a number of things I will only give it a 3. First of all its very hard to pull out of a station and see the oncoming traffic from the left as there are only two views ( as far as I can see) the outside back of the the app and through the windshield. You can't look left or right even if you look through the rearview mirrors because of the angle. Then, if you want to make a right turn its almost impossible without running over the sidewalk unless you swing wide in which case you might crash into an oncoming vehicle. Also when you stop at a red light, which is I think, twice as long as the green which you barely have time to cross, I get beeped from behind from cars. Why are they beeping me, its a red light? Now I really like the town scenery but I feel I'm driving through a ghost town as if all the people disappeared into thin air. Could they put in some static figures like at the the app stops to populate the town? Its eerie driving the empty streets. I have no steering wheel at this time so I'm using a Thrustmaster joy stick which is OK but hard to steer and I can't use any of the buttons on it like turn signals which I have to reach on the key board. Just little things that could be better. Still I like it and I recommend it if you like a driving game!
