Install Cropper: Video & Photo Crop app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Cropper on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Cropper"
- The search will reveal the Cropper: Video & Photo Crop app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Cropper is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Cropper.
- Now enjoy Cropper on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Cropper,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Cropper" » then Click "Install".
- Cropper: Video & Photo Crop will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Hi! This is a great app and it really helps me crop videos and stuff I wouldn’t be able to normally, but there is a green line that comes after you crop a video sometimes and it is very irritating.

I've been cropping photo's of ideas I saved from the net/camera roll into a note taking app and I love it. Would be five stars easily but upon saving my last cropping job it just keeps saving it to my camera roll over and over. Deleted over a dozen repeated saves and more are coming! Don't know how to stop it other than to delete/reinstall app. Hope that works. UPDATE: reinstalled app and is now working perfectly. Five stars!!!!
