Worked on .mp4 file but not .mov file for me

In the end I got it to work, but I had to convert my .mov file to a .mp4 for it to work properly. The .mov file rotated inside the existing aspect ratio, rather than rotating the entire canvas 90 degrees as I needed it to. Once I converted it to an MP4 the the app rotated the canvas 90 degrees succesfully.

This worked beautifully the first time I needed to use it, but now it does not rotate when I tell it to and I feel like I wasted my money.
Doesn’t do anything

I have tried this with MOV files, with MP4 files and with M4V files and it literally does nothing. You press the button to rotate and nothing happens apart from it saving a duplicate file (if yoiu’ve chosen that option). Their customer support is unresponsive and they offer no refunds.

I purchased the app and it doesn’t work…I keep dragging my the app to the space it tells me to and nothing happens..and there are no controls like the one on the app’s website. What’s up??
