What!?!

I would give this app a higher rating but while I was doing the higher lower at told me I was wrong twice. Error msg was the second C5 is higher than the first C5. How can that be!?!!!? C5 is C5....hello it is the same. So, do I press the up and the down arrows together so that the game recognizes that the two tones are the same? Or am I going to be wrong no matter if I was the up or down arrows for the same tone. Grrrr, so flustered.

Love this app, It's so easy to learn new songs. It's easy and fun. Highly recommend it if you have your own the app and want to learn to play new songs.
No sound, jumps only from hallmark ad to ad

No tones from app or a connected Yamaha the app. Rolled through 53 key movements with no sound. Touching screen magnifies a few keys, then jumps back but never shows more than 15 keys. Unable to guess where to seek guidance on this. On 4th gen iPad with it.
