Install Matrix Professional app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Matrix Professional on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Matrix Professional"
- The search will reveal the Matrix Professional app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Matrix Professional is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Matrix Professional.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Matrix Professional,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Matrix Professional" » then Click "Install".
- Matrix Professional will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Formulation tool does not work

Says I can’t go from a level 7 to anything darker with a demi? Tried selecting a level 5 and it does not give any color options.

I love the app products and color and this app has some good features. But trying to get in touch with them for questions (like if you forgot your password) won't happen. But that's not just the app. I've emailed them from the website from a computer and still don't get any answers. Also it hasn't been updated for almost a year and there's things that have said "coming soon" for way too long. I love the idea and some of the features of the app but it needs to be updated.

Can’t register

Trying to create a new account but it says my email is invalid. It’s is 100% valid. This app is just broken.
