  • Does the developer still exist??

    By Sactim (Pcmac user)

Like many others, I paid for the premium version a few years ago with all of its features: virtual tours, media content and synchronization across multiple devices (mast of these are advertised on the developer website). As of this writing, the media content doesn’t exist on my app, nor do the virtual tours. I can’t remember the last time the device synchronized with my other devices. Per their site, they are (or were) charging $5/month for the premium service but all pre-existing premium users would be grandfathered in. Unless the new premium service is bare bones with no features, etc, it looks like I’m not grandfathered in, and there’s no way to contact the developer. Per a google search, the company is (or was) located in LOS Angeles but they appear to have let their filing status with the state expire. Public records show the same person as the CEO, Secretary and CFO...so this may now be a one man operation. Too bad, this was such a great app.
  • Helpless

    By --E-- (Pcmac user)

I thought it was just me, having been away from my iPhone for months, but I wanted to update my profile with a new email address (no longer use the one I signed up with) and discovered that (1) there seems to be no way to do this via the app; haven’t yet checked on the PC (2) there is no viable app support at all; link is broken (3) the app is not nearly as dynamic as it used to be (4) myself and others have spent tens of dollars for a product that is now not recognizable as the one originally purchased. Sad about this on a variety of levels ... Because it was an expensive app (the most expensive I’ve ever purchased), I will keep it and use what it offers me for as long as it exists here. But if there ever is an update sometime future, I may never know because I cannot update my email address! So disappointed in so many ways ...
  • If it ain’t broke....

    By EMCmuzic (Pcmac user)

Don’t go and break it! Anyone who “loves” this app clearly doesn’t know what they’re missing from the original concept that has been completely destroyed. I have all the same issues that others have and after having this deleted for so long after the change, decided that I might download it again to see if the developers got the message...until I read the recent reviews. Apparently things have not gotten better. I don’t know if the old app was a different owner/company but what ever or who ever made these changes completely dropped the ball.. dropped it like a bowling ball right on the foot of loyal customers. And it doesn’t seem like they care. I really wish there was something else on the market like the old the app!!
  • My favorite Bible app Ruined

    By Bec 1952 (Pcmac user)

I loved the old this app. Recommended it to everyone. This new version is hard to navigate, hard to find media sources, just frustrating. One of the most unique things about the original app was the virtual tours which are now GONE. Bring them BACK! I had originally purchased the app and put it on my PC computer. This is no longer being supported and one can only use from a tablet. I have purchased, full price, this app twice for different computers, now they are not useable. There is no support for this app, I have tried. If I could give any advice to those how are developing this app, go back to the original. You took the BEST bible app and made it into one of the worst. I don't recommend it to anyone any more.
