iPhone app doesn

1) App says it will only charge you once for using the iPhone and the desktop app. On the contrary, I got charged for each: "In order to have your this app on multiple devices like your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad, download the app on each one of them - you will be charged only once, no matter how many devices your [sic] use." ***NOT TRUE*** 2) iPhone app doesn't work. At all. Won't start. 3) No customer support. Web site is a placeholder, the email address posted there (which is the only thing posted there) may not be monitored. Haven't gotten a response from it. 4) Trying to get my money back from Apple. Apple….why wasn't this app vetted better?
searching for entries

When I open this app to find my entries, they are not displayed. A rip off. Not a good app at all for efficient journaling on a daily basis. I am a book writer and this is not a good app.
Bad Choice

This is awfull! I started to write and after five entries it wont work at all. There is no support page when you click on it.

this is a rip off. the app doesn’t work. the support page is unavailable. the app doesn’t allow you to creat an online account. and it has trouble launching.
