Download and install the MLS-Touch app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using MLS-Touch on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "MLS-Touch"
The search will reveal the MLS-Touch app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once MLS-Touch is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including MLS-Touch.
Now enjoy MLS-Touch on PC.

Using MLS-Touch on Mac OS:
Install MLS-Touch on your Mac using the same steps for Windows OS above.

How to download and use MLS-Touch App on Windows 11

To get MLS-Touch on Windows 11, check if there's a native MLS-Touch Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing MLS-Touch:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "MLS-Touch" » Click "Install" to install MLS-Touch
- MLS-Touch will now be available on your windows start-menu.

When working in the field with clients we very often need the ability to show them active, pending and sold homes in a neighborhood. Currently this app does not have that capability. Our previous MLS did have it so it’s technically possible. I asked the help desk to help me fix it t and they basically told me this is how it is. Now I have to enter a nickname in order to submit a review and the first four are taken. This is not user friendly.
No way to mark properties as already reviewed.

My clients are all using Redfin app as it has more functionality. This app would be more useful if there was an option to X out a home and not just favorite it, because when the client starts looking again, they need to go through all the homes they have already disqualified while Redfin app the ones already marked off are not shown or towards the bottom.

It’s getting better. Using the app. I attended the webinar recently and recommend everyone watch it. I was paying $50/mo to another developer for practitioners same thing and this one is included in my membership. Love it !
Wow. So cumbersome. Totally infuriating.

This app is terrible. It has listings that 6 other apps don't have yet is unusable to my clients. I simply use this app to obtain the listing agent or # and then close it. Completely antiquated and non-user friendly. Redfin has a better interface. I can create a search and have no way to save it or batch an email to a client just for starters. And if it does exist it is in a format that is not intuitive. Yikes. I thought you were here to help me against the BOT realtors. Instead you force me to them. Please hire some competent coders that work with the end user.
