I didn't believe this app could do what it claimed, but WOW!!! This program is nothing short of amazing. I can't believe how simple this is to use. I can't tell you how many times I used the word "WOW" watching it work. Just WOW!!! I'm so glad I got it when it was on sale, otherwise I would never had taken a chance on it. I am recomending this to EVERYONE!!! I'm literally fighting with myself not to go wake up all my neighbors and get them to try it, I am that jazzed over this!!!
Not working at all

Ok I may be missing something but so far It crashing before it does anything dearing the mapping portion. I look and look to see if My image set is not good enough. but seems to crash on masking but seems to crash just having the file open when I am not masking. there is no guidelines to tell me if I am using bad images or not. Seems like its just Buggy because I openned it just now and looked around and it crashed not doing a thing. I love the app stuff but this is just unusable. It does not work at all

The "but" part is the problem. Basically the software works by adding together the profiles of a number of alpha channel or masks. and you are able to photograph the object also from above to get a good clear shot of the top profile also. clearly the software can not create a hole, only chissle away based on the profiles found in the masks.. the more accurate the mask the better the wireframe. There is a cool trick, it is possible to turn the object to a problem angle and make a virtual profile for that angle to refine the model. The software auto-create a texture map for the object. also pretty cool. BUT.. yeah that was the but then. even the best masking job will still only get a fairly rudimentary wireframe. Second, export to WRML or 3DS or nothing.. even then, not all 3D apps are keen on understanding the texture map. Thirdly. unlike the big brother version of the app, the SE version in the app store can ONLY capture objects one a special matt, the larger version can place control points for matt free capture. STOP - here is the BIG problem - this version is SE which must be V0.9 the standard version is CX 1.0 and CX 2.0 - PROBLEM there is no upgrade path from SE to CX 1 or 2 and CX2 cost $650 So buying the app store version kind of leave you stranded. unable to upgrade. Unfortunately, the software is amazing, but I am stuck to this one and need to fork out $650 to move on… suddenly I do not feel the app store "deal" is such a great deal at all. Just my 2 cents..
