I'd give it 5 stars except for uh the very annoying habit one lecturer has of uh saying "uh" 2 to 3 times in uh every sentence. Besides that the few lectures by the brilliant Bill Mara make it worth the price.

A little dry, but offers a very involved (and important) account of Catholic/Christian origins, how it developed, and the challenges faced...eerily similar to today's culture. Enlightening for anyone interested in history.
