Esta muy interesante la aplicacion, muy buena pero esta muy cara pagar por cada video q tarda tan pocos minutos
  • Disappointing. This turned into a tourist app.

The old app was more objective oriented and had more to offer in the free app. I could go right to a category and build my vocabulary. For the $20, it was the best alternative to Rosetta Stone. Now, the old app is not supported and this new one is wasting my short time with a dating conversation scenario. It should be a separate app and offer a little more if I’m going to fork over another $20. Please bring back the old app.

I paid a lot of money for an app that doesn’t work. Fix the sound!

It's a bit of mystery to me why more people haven't caught on to Hello Hello, but if you are reading this, rest assured, you've found the right app. I'm a Spanish teacher and I first used Hello Hello to the app Mandarin and now I'm working on French. I've checked out just about every language learning app out there and Hello Hello is the only one that has taken the time to apply proven language learning methodology correctly, and, most importantly, it works. There's nothing terribly flashy about the app; it focusses on 30 high frequency conversations situations and then guides you through learning them through listening, reading, speaking and writing. It's really that simple, but you won't find another app out there that does this. Why? My guess is that it isn't all that easy. People seem to love flash card apps, spaced repetition and games, and I suppose that is because they are easy and fun, but those apps really can't teach you the language; they can only reinforce bits and pieces of it. Hello Hello forces you to bridge the gaps on your own. The conversations aren't particularly exciting, but they explore each topic thoroughly and give you a ton to the app. The trick is that you have do most of the work on your own. You need to figure out the grammar, make the connections, the app the vocab. But, like it or not, that is the best way to make it stick. This app gets you ready to communicate with other people in the language you are learning, and I've found no others that do it nearly as well as Hello Hello.
