2. Beyond a competent scientific calculator, it also allows you to simply get a lot of information right there in front of you and then use variables to manipulate it all.

3. It allows me to visualize calculations to achieve great results in a fast way.

4. For instance, defining a function brings up a graph of that function automatically, so I can visually see the data I'm manipulating as I'm using it.

6. It also allows you to define variables and functions.

7. With the function plotter, you can visualise the graph of the functions you have defined.

8. Allows me to work the way I think.

  • Use Daily

    By Jessietn (Pcmac user)

I use this product every day. It's perfect for my needs. Also it's one of the few apps that I have ever submitted an idea for and a new update with that feature was put out within a week. This shows that the app is still being maintained and that the developer cares about his users.
  • Strait forward, and does the job . . .

    By MatthewM_NJ (Pcmac user)

I agree with some of the comments here, (especially the –2ˆ2 issue . . I didn’t get -2, but I got -4 which is equally impossible so I would check into that one guys) but I felf the ratings might be a bit too harsh. I find it easy to use, and it handled some pretty intense variance in sample pop equations for me well enough . . All in all, I am very happy with the app, and found it the best available for a down and dirty simple calculator, far superior to the built in on the mac or others I had seen in the app store.
  • Hard to Improve Upon

This is my goto for most of my calculation needs. Unless the job requires Excel, I use this app. Makes keeping track of calculations really easy. One of the best software purchases I've ever made.
  • Useless

    By JackGr (Pcmac user)

The calculator generates results that contain commas and decimal points. Of course, you’ll want to copy/paste them back into the calculation area to use them in subsequent operations. Surprise! You get a syntax error. It interprets the commas as decimal points, concludes that there are 2 decimal points in the number and complains about a syntax error. And that’s from copying a result it generated and pasting it back into the window. Really?
