What is Best Banner? Best Banner is an app that allows users to create animated or static messages, banners, presentations, and visual chats. It offers different animation effects, customizable speed, selectable fonts and sizes, configurable LED size, shape, and color, flow control, and full support for all device orientations. Users can express their emotions or civic attitude, meet someone at the airport, cheer on their favorite team, or help their kid learn letters.
1. - Manual: multi lines - drag and move multiline message vertically and each line horizontally with your finger to show someone multi lined static text.
