Doesn’t edit icons

Thought this app would let me customize app icons but it just stamps icon images on the desktop, shoving them behind existing icons. Have no idea what the point of that is.

Love the new packs available! No
other App let's you be so creative. For me .99 is just a buck...not that much 4 all you get in return. I like option 2 buy themed packs I like.
Don't listen to other negative reviews. This App only one that let's you put decorations on top of each other in each icon square & then edit/delete them if you don't like the look. Great 4

They have really cool, cute, an unique wallpapers an icon shelves and frames. The only issue I have is that if you get the full version for $0.99 it's the same as the normal version except you have the option to BUY effects. Seriously they can't give you the effects free. You already pay $0.99 for the app.
