Exactly what I've been looking for

As a soon to be critical care fellow all I can say is that this app blew me away. It is obvious that an enormous amount of thought and effort went into this app. Beautiful animations and illustrations!
Problems

I love this ap. I use to teach and used it to improve my skills when I first started with bedside US. Over the last 6 months none of my video images of the heart have been able to play. I have tried re down loading it and I have students and residents that have down loaded it and have the same problem. Please Please please fix it!!!!

The latest update has completely ruined any functionality for an app that was the best and most expensive ultrasound app that had bee created to date. First videos became unavailable with the new iOS version. Now there is some log in check that is completely non-functional. This process has taken months and I would like to remind the developer that I paid full price for this expensive app that is now utterly useless. DO NOT UPDATE or download the current version of this app. Hopefully the developer will take fewer months to find a solution than with the prior update. Attempts to contact support through the App Store lead to a dead end. Sonographers BEWARE of this app currently. It is such a shame that this gorgeous app has been rendered useless.

I am a cardiac anesthesiologist and critical care physician experienced in both TEE and TTE. I have found that this applications is quite effective in teaching novices transthoracic ultrasound. UNFORTUNATELY, it seems the developer has ceased to update this application to operate with the most recent iOS on ipad. IF they decide to update the applications, I would rank it at 5 stars. At the moment, there are better resources online for free.
