Seriously?

This game needs improvement. Today my opponent lead the Jack of spades and spades was trump. My partner had the left bower and the queen of spades. Instead of putting the queen of spades on the jack, my computer partner put the left bower on the trick. And the queen of spades on the next trick, which was spades. The opposition easily got 2 points instead of 1 point. If my computer partner had played correctly, that wouldn’t have happened and my computer partner would have gotten a trick with the left bower.

Good game

This was a popular game where I was born and raised. It is virtually unknown where I live now. I was delighted to find there is an app for it.
I’ve been playing this app for a few years now. I love it. When playing the computer my partner makes some dumb plays though.
If I’ve make trump and my partner has a Jack, it needs to be played as quickly as possible so I know where it is.

Fun but scoring is wrong

I’ve had fun playing this with my husband and long distance son and daughter in law. My only complaint (other than connection issues) is with the scoring. When a player goes alone and doesn’t get all five cards, that player should go set. NOT be awarded 1 point!!! Why wouldn’t everyone go alone every time if there was no penalty for not making it?!?!

Good, but could be great

This is a fairly good the app game. This developer makes good use of the play space without too much clutter. I would like to see a few more options with card style and such, but that is pretty trivial. What would clinch it for me is smoother action to add a bit of flair. As it is, you click on the card you wish to play, there is a generic swipe sound effect, and the card jumps to the play area. I think if that action were smoothed just a bit, to give it a more intuitive feel, this could be a really good app. Alas, it is pretty good as it is and definitely the cleanest the app game in the App Store (this is the fourth one I tried).
