Install Binary Clock app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Using Binary Clock on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Binary Clock"
The search will reveal the Binary Clock app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Binary Clock is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Binary Clock.
Now enjoy Binary Clock on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Binary Clock,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Binary Clock" » then Click "Install".
- Binary Clock will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I configured my Watch settings to General | On Wrist Raise | Show last app Always, and from then on, whenever I raise my wrist, I see a reassuring dark blue the app display. When I run a different app, that new app persists, until I rerun BinaryClock. This is exactly what watchOS is supposed to do. Thanks, Mr Stephenson!

For those of you expecting to use this as a watch face complication, you’re out of luck. This is just an app that you can open on your phone or watch.
