Don’t buy anything just use the free stuff

I made an in app purchase I decided it’s good to support the developers and my son uses this app. I bought unlimited test tubes. Except there’s a problem. Every single time my son uses the app we have to go through the process of buying the tubes again put in apple password etc and then it says “you already purchased this” and reinstates it. Every single time we use the app. Contacted developers and they stated it’s a known issue I should just go through all the steps mentioned above. So they knew it was a problem and STILL SOLD it to me at 10 bucks! If I’d known about that I wouldn’t have bought it. I asked to return the purchase and get my money back. They have refused and said they’ll fix the issue. Doesn’t help me now and who knows when it’ll be fixed. And I maintain it’s terrible business to sell something you KNOW is broken. It’s super messed up.

If you didn’t notice, pretty much all the the app friends games have a second ( or third in Tom’s case) game. I know the app hank has only one, but that is very interactive. the app Ben has one too, but I’m getting pretty bored. You can’t make a my the app Ginger because according to your show he is only 7. That is why there is a the app Ginger 2 instead. Because the app Ben is an adult, you can still make a my the app Ben . Instead of focusing on all these other cheap games that are almost the same like ”tom jump” or “tom cake jump”, you should just make that, because I’m getting sick of this game, and even though I love (or loved) this developer, I know this is now owned by China and you probably won’t listen. Still I cross my fingers

So I’m a pretty busy girl. I’m reading a lot, making videos, helping my family, doing homework, going out with friends, your normal Korean 11 year old girl. But I’ve always adored Ben. He has been the game that hasn’t creeped me out, unlike the app Angela. He so funny, and rudely funny too! But I get more notifications than I usually do from this app. Very 1 minute it’s a notification. It was okay the first few days, but when the 7th day came around, it got annoying! I stopped visiting the app, but I kept it because my sister used my phone to visit Ben. It just got worse. Every time I log onto my iPhone after I wake up, it’s The the app Ben app I’m in. I was like: “Okay maybe my sister woke up before me and forgot to leave the app”. But it happened again and again. It got to the point where I deleted the app, and never touched it again. I even had to tell my mom to delete it! I just hope I forget this...
